A housing cooperative is a corporation in which members own a share, elect a board of directors, and participate in the ongoing operating decisions of the cooperative. Each member pays a portion of the cooperative's monthly operating expenses, including: maintenance, utilities, taxes, principle, interest, and reserves. Also, you can leave for a weekend or the entire winter, secure in the knowledge that your home will be taken care of through our "While You're Away" vacation service.
